These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.getjourni.co, Group Planning Hub, and Journi travel planning services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Travel Planning Packages:

• Pathfinder (£99+): High-level itinerary outline

• Navigator (£199+): Detailed day-by-day itinerary

• Trailblazer (£399+): Multi-stop/group trip with ongoing support

Group Planning Hub (£75+): Private voting space for groups of 4-8

All prices exclude VAT (if applicable).

2. Booking & Payment

• Payments processed securely via Stripe

• Full payment required before services begin

• No refunds after planning work has started

• Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: full refund

• Cancellation after 48 hours: 50% refund (admin/planning time non-refundable)

3. Group Planning Hub Specific Terms

Usage:

• Maximum 8 users per hub

• Hubs active for 6 months from creation

• Organiser responsible for inviting group members

• All users must agree to these Terms

Content:

• You retain ownership of trip data and decisions

• We may use anonymised data to improve services

• Prohibited: illegal activities, spam, offensive content

Availability:

• 99% uptime target

• Temporary downtime possible for maintenance

• Data backed up daily

4. Delivery Timeline

5. Revisions

• Pathfinder: 1 revision round

• Navigator: 2 revision rounds

• Trailblazer: Unlimited minor revisions

• Significant scope changes may incur additional fees

6. What We Provide vs Bookings

Journi provides:

• ✅ Research, itineraries, recommendations

• ✅ Group Planning Hub and decision tools

• ✅ Logistics planning and backup options

Journi does not provide:

• ❌ Flight/hotel bookings (we recommend options)

• ❌ Travel insurance

• ❌ Visa/immigration services

You are responsible for making final bookings and travel arrangements.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• Services provided on "as is" basis

• We are not liable for third-party services (hotels, activities)

• Travel plans are recommendations only

• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, etc.) not covered

• Maximum liability: amount paid for services

8. Intellectual Property

• You own your trip plans and hub data

• We retain rights to our templates, tools, and Group Planning Hub software

• You may share your itinerary publicly with attribution

9. Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for:

• Breach of Terms

• Non-payment

• Illegal/inappropriate use

10. Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in English courts.
