Journi provides a shared digital planning platform designed to help organisers and participants coordinate group trips before bookings are made.
Journi is not a travel booking provider or travel agency unless explicitly stated.
Journi does not arrange transport, accommodation, or travel services directly through the platform.
Any optional travel support services or curated trip packages may be subject to separate service terms where applicable.
3. Eligibility to Use Journi
To use Journi, you must:

4. User Accounts

5. Organiser Responsibilities
Organisers create trip hubs and invite participants to collaborate.

will manage participant access responsibly

understand that trip hub content may be visible to invited members
Organisers remain responsible for how their trip hubs are used.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants invited to a trip hub agree to:

provide accurate planning information where appropriate

respect other members of the trip hub
-
avoid misuse of shared planning features
Participants should only access trip hubs they have been invited to join.
7. Shared Trip Hub Visibility
Journi is a collaborative planning environment.
Information shared within a trip hub may be visible to:

organisers
-
invited participants within that trip hub
Users control what information they choose to contribute.
Journi is not responsible for how participants use shared planning information outside the platform.
8. Payments, Plans and Subscriptions
Journi may offer both free and paid planning features.
Paid access may include:

per-trip organiser payments

subscription plans for extended functionality
Access to certain features depends on the selected plan.
Payments are securely processed by:

Journi does not store full payment card details.
Journi reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Platform Availability
Journi is provided on an “as available” basis.
As the platform continues to develop, features may evolve, improve or change over time.
We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:

All platform content, branding and functionality are owned by Journi Travels Limited unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce or distribute platform materials without permission.
Users retain ownership of the planning information they contribute.
12. Optional Travel Support Services
Where Journi provides optional travel planning assistance or curated trip support, additional service terms may apply.
Journi is not responsible for third-party travel providers unless explicitly stated.
Users remain responsible for reviewing supplier terms before booking travel services.
13. Limitation of Liability
Journi provides a planning platform designed to support group coordination.
Journi is not responsible for:

booking errors

third-party provider services

disputes between trip participants
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Journi’s liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for platform access.
