Do guests need to pay?
No. Only the organiser pays for a paid plan. Guests join and take part for free.
Do all plans have the same planning features?
Yes. Every plan includes Journi’s planning tools. The difference is how many Hubs you can organise and how many people can join your Free Hub.
Can I plan a private trip?Yes. You can make your Hub invite-only on any plan.
Can I create a public trip?
Yes. Public trips and participant approval are available on every plan. Free Hubs are limited to 6 people, including the organiser.
What happens after my Per Trip trip? Your one-off payment covers that Single Hub; it is not a subscription. You can keep access to the trip after it ends. To organise another trip, buy another Single Hub or choose Pro.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. You can cancel renewal at any time and keep Pro access until the end of the year you paid for. After that, your existing Hubs remain viewable, but you need an active plan to keep editing them or create more Hubs.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free or Single Hub to Pro when you start organising more trips. Your existing Hub and group responses stay in place.
