  • subscription status

for account management and compliance purposes.

Journi is a shared planning environment.

Information added to a trip hub may be visible to:

  • the organiser who created the trip

  • invited participants within that trip

Only members of the same trip hub can access shared planning information.

Users control what information they choose to contribute.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

Typical retention periods include:

Account information

→ retained while your account remains active​

Trip planning data

→ retained while trips remain active oruntil deletion is requested

Payment records

→ retained for up to 6 years to comply with UK financial regulations

Analytics data

→ typically retained for up to 24 months
